Know what to build. Know why.
BuildNext turns raw customer signal into evidence-grounded user stories. The PM reviews and decides. The data does the rest.
The Problem
PMs spend 60%+ of their time collecting, cross-referencing, and reformatting the same information across Gong, Canny, Stripe, Linear, and Slack. User stories get written from memory. Effort gets estimated without code context. Prioritization is based on vote counts, not revenue. Engineers build without knowing why.
What BuildNext Does
An agent-first research engine that ingests qualitative and quantitative evidence from every source, synthesizes it into user stories with acceptance criteria, enriches with revenue and code context, and pushes complete tickets everywhere your team works.
For Who
Buyer: CPO / Head of Product. Product orgs need to move faster because eng moves faster. The spec is now the bottleneck, not the code.
User: Individual PM. Stop cross-tabbing between Gong, Stripe, and Canny. Be the most prepared person in every prioritization meeting.
Three Rules
1. No evidence, no story. Every user story must be grounded in at least one exact quote or quantitative data point. No vibes.
2. Everything traceable. From any point, you can ask “why?” and get an answer. No one should ever not know why they're building something.
3. Framework configurable, discipline enforced. The CPO sets the prioritization method. The tool enforces it across the team.
Why I Built This
I used to run a Trello-to-Figma workflow where every card linked back to real customer quotes. Designers and devs could click through and see exactly why something was being built. It worked, but it was manual — I was the integration layer.
BuildNext is that same idea, but the evidence is structured and easily queryable by agents and humans. Instead of me copy-pasting quotes into tickets, an LLM ingests the raw signal and synthesizes stories that stay linked to their sources. Your coding agent, your PM agent, your design tool — they can all pull from the same evidence base.
